The warm up regulator is located underneath the inlet manifold. The best way to desribe it is as a small ally box with a fuel inlet and a fuel outlet, and they're slightly different sizes so that they don't get muddled up. It also has a twip pin plug.
The VR is on the back of the alternator.
10mm socket and bullnose pliers, disconnect the battery first!

The Fuel Pressure Regulator is located on the fuel rail. The fuel rail located next to the engine valve cover. The fuel pressure regulator line needs to be de-pressurized prior to replacing the regulator. This may be accomplished by removing the fuse for the fuel pump while the engine is running. The engine will stop once fuel pressure is lowered.
