It's at the top of the engine, slightly to the rear and next to the EGR valve. It's very easy to replace. It's black and rectangular.

i belive it is on the firewall but dont quote me.
It is on the back left side of the intake, just above the valve cover.
It might be a MAP sensor, EGR valve or something like that. Maybe a vacuum leak.
It has both.
Try changing the fuel filter and the map sensor.

a map sensor is a manifold absolute pressure sensor.
On my 96 3.1 liter (3100) the map sensor is located in the middle of the engine towaed the back,in front of the spark plug wires.(Can be seen very easily)It's flat & is about 1-1/2 inches wide & about 2-1/2 inches long.Hope this helps.

if it has a 3.3 there is no map sensor
