This car has coil packs on it 1 coil for 2 cylinders, it goes 1 4 6 3 2 5, that is first coil is for cylinders 1 & 4 next coil for cylinders 6 & 3 next coil is for cylinders 2 & 5
There is no distributor cap as there is no distributor. There are 3 coil packs, each coil fires 2 spark plugs simultaneously.
Get a shop manual. There is no distributor. These have coil packs.
A 92 doesnt have a distributor just coil packs
Align the rotor with the number one position on the distributor cap, then with the engine at TDC insert the distributor. There may be a mark on the outside of the distributor to help.

Standing in front looking at the distributor cap, number one would be at the 5 O'Clock position, from there clockwise it goes, 1, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2.
