There are two, one on each side of the catalytic converter on the back of the engine.

the crankshaft sensort is at bottom under the distrbutor it is way down there by the trans housing.
Bank 1 on that Town car would be the passenger side of the engine. Bank 1 Sensor 1 would be the first O2 sensor in the passenger side exhaust after the engine but before the catalytic converter.
