Run your hand around the bottom sides of the oil pan and you will find it. It will be towards the back of the pan.
I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 5.3L V8...and I just changed my oil and found the drain plug on the opposite side of where the Oil Filter is. The plug is a 13MM.

The oil drain plug seal is located on the oil drain plug itseft. So Next time you have your oil change. Since the oil drain plug is going to be out to drain oil then replace the seal with a new one. The seal goes right on the plug itseft. easy job.

underneath there is a black, plastic safety shield. there should be a little 6" door with a screw, open this & you'll see the oil drain plug.
ON the rear bottom/side of the oil pan(under the truck), don't confuse it with the transmission drain if auto.

Assuming you're asking about the engine oil drain plug, it is located at the lowest point of the engine oil pan.
You drain the engine oil from the drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan.You drain the engine oil from the drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan.
