Push the cover back. Disconnect the fitting. Replace the orifice tube. Lubricate the new o-ring (# 24608), and torque the fitting to 18 lb-ft.

The orifice tube will be in the tube coming out of the blower motor (attached to firewall). Be sure to insert the orifice tube with the arrow pointing towards the blower motor.
