THERE'S A FAN BELT ATTACHED TO THE PULLEY OF THIS CYLINDER. THIS IS THE Power Steering RESERVOIR. WHEN YOU DO CHECK THE FLUID LEVEL, THE ENGINE SHOULD BE AT AN IDLE. THE FLUID LEVEL SHOULD BE AROUND 10MM FROM THE TOP. UNLESS YOU FIND POWER STEERING FLUID ON THE GROUND, OR ALL OVER THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, YOU SHOULDN'T NEED OIL. BUT ITS ALWAYS GOOD TO CHECK ALL LEVELS ON A REGULAR BASIS.
