There are really only 2 electrical components to the heating system:
the air conditioner and heater are two separate things.(not connected) ;) it may have a fuse. or the it could just be bad.
The flasher for a 1986-1995 Taurus is located under the dash on the drivers side. It is at the fuse panel.
