Directly above the oil pan behind another car part - It is in the most awful place to put a filter - I curse Saturn for it.
Another PerspectiveJack up the passenger side wheel and put the vehicle on jack stands or otherwise stable suspending device.Remove the passenger side wheel, then remove the fiber inner fender liner. There are several pins that easily pry out to release the liner.
The oil filter is easily accessible once the liner is removed. Just make certain that you are safe and never climb under a vehicle that is not on jack stands.
The fuel filter in a 1999 Saturn SL is located inside the frame rail on the driver's side on the left. It is found near the fuel tank, under the master cylinder.

The knock sensor is located on the backside of the engine to the left of the oil filter, it is round with a 1 wire plug on it and a round base. I do not know the torque spec, but when I replaced mine I made it tight enough not to back out on its own.
You must remove the Timing chain cover and engine girdle.
I do believe you have to get this from the dealership.
