The engine compartment fuse box is located on the driver side of the engine compartment. The lid has the label for all of the fuses there, and one of the large square ones should be labeled ABS. I have a 1998 Cavalier and this is where it was located, but I sourced the info from the 1999 owner's manual online at http://www.extendedgmwarranty.com/owners-manual/Chevrolet/1999-Chevrolet-Cavalier.pdf
