Most fuses can be located in these areas of a vehicle: Under the Dash Driver and passnger side. Sometimes hidden by a removable panel. THe Glove box Engine Compartment- Look for black PVC boxes Center panel- Underneath the center console. Very rarely the TRUNK. AC fuses range from 15amp-60amp Most common are 20 and 25 amp fuses
in the fuse box under the hood near the firewall. just can't remember which side.

The fuses for the AC system are located in the passenger side cabin fuse box. The fuses are located in slots 37 and 23.
The ac controls fuse is the same as the radio/cig lighter which is located in the fuse panel next to the steering column.
I have a 1999 ex v6 coupe which should be identical to yours. My manual says the AC fuse is located: Drivers side internal panel - AC clutch relay fuse #3 (which is the 3rd from the bottom. S/B a 7.5 amp fuse.)
