Remove the spare tire and the plastic cover in the frunk high and low side are both right there.
In the 1991 it's under the hood, remove the spare tire and black plastic case, on the left. May help...

In the front cargo/spare wheel area, usually behind the covers.
If an AC light is blinking on a 1991 Toyota Camry it may indicate that a belt is slipping. The AC light may also blink indicating that the system has been overcharged.
It's probably the sensor on the compressor. It's best to change the whole compressor and drier.

Find the s10's ac drier. On the side of the drier there is a port. This is the low pressure ac port.

Next to AC accumulator/drier, which is in the engine bay in front of the firewall. When looking from the front, it is on the left side of the car, an aluminum cylinder approx. 4 inches in diameter.
The AC receiver drier on a 1995 Honda Civic is on the high-pressure side of the system. It is between the expansion valve inlet and condenser outlet.
