To get back the missing back button (don't know why they removed it!) go to View : Toolbars : Customize then drag the "Back Forward" buttons next to the refresh button.
There was NO reason for them to remove these buttons and NO reason for making it such a mystery how to fix it. Netscape messed up on this one.
What do you mean by "firefox button"
The undo button for firefox is positioned to the left of the address bar.
To get the normal Firefox persona back, you first click on the Tools menu on the top of the screen. After that, click on Add-ons. A windows should pop up. At the top of the Window, there should be a button that says "Themes". Find the normal Firefox persona and click the "Use Theme" button.

Firefox 3 is on beta5, and is said to be not ready for general use. I am currently using Firefox 3 beta5 under Windows and Ubuntu, and find that it's a bit buggy under Windows,yet usable (the back button vanished, and it stopped recognizing my keyboard input for a while), and works fine under Ubuntu. I recommend that you stick with firefox2 until it firefox3 is ready, unless you just can't wait.

Get a new keyboard.
Since Firefox version 4, if Firefox is in private browsing mode, the Firefox button in the top left changes color from its normal orange to a shade of blue.
