There is no CCD module. CCD is the acronym for the communication system between computers on a 1998 Voyager. The engine, transmission, abs, airbag, cluster, HVAC, body, etc all communicate over the CCD bus, which is a pair of twisted wires.
I believe the 2.4L uses a three speed trans mission that does not have a computer.

My 1998 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER has 2 pumps one for the front and one for the back. They are both located in the bottom of the reservoir.
There are two, one on each side of the catalytic converter in the exhaust pipe.
