I would love that answer as well. Some of my instrument panel lights are out, and the diagram in the owner's manual is horrible.
Center of the instrument panel, right of steering column.
It is located just above right about where your left foot would be, under a black plastic cover held closed with a plastic nut in the center. It doesn't actually have fuses in it, but has power distibution connectors and relays in it than can be damaged.
It stands for Instrument Panel Junction Block
The Door Lock Controls mini-fuse is identified as "DR LK" & is in the Driver's Side Instrument Panel Fuse Block and can be accessed by opening the Driver's Door & pulling off the cover at the end of the Instrument Panel.....

you cannot service panel lights on 2000 impala . you hav to replace the instrument cluster.
It's in the Passenger's Side Instrument Panel Fuse Block. Open the Passenger's door. On the side of the Panel, remove the Fuse Cover and locate the Fuse marked {RADIO}.....

It is located in the convenience center, which under the left side instrument panel. The relay is in the lower right hand corner.
No, the turn signal flasher relay is locatedbehind the center of the instrument panel.
The body relay block is inside the dash, behind the instrument panel cluster. It has a large wire harness connector bolted to the bottom.
