It's under the drivers seat BUT there is a cover that has 3 bolts two are under the carpet between the two bolts holding the drivers seat favoring the left side more. the other is on top under the carpet too. There is no really good access to these FREAKING bolts due to the carpet. The bolts are 12mm. and it is MUCH EASIER TO JUST REMOVE THE DRIVERS SEAT. That is 13mm.
Just look at the E.C.M. and look toward the back in that hole. It is hard to see.
P.S. It's not a Control Module.. It's a Igniter.

Tail lights are replaced by removing the entire rear plasic cover to the back hatch.
Well in my case (91) previa the connection inside f the blower housing had vibrated loose.
It is at the dash board bottom just at the middle. You can see a plastic rectangle were the heater core is and at the right side are the pipes that goes to the coolant valve at the engine

In a 91 Previa, most of the fuses are under the top panel, at center of dash. There is a small release botton, under the lip of the dash panel, above the radio. There are some main fuses under the hood, by the battery.
