You should not find dangerous bacteria in any sterile environment. You should find no bacteria in that environment at all. And where is that: inside your body that has no outlet to the outside. In your blood, heart, joints, brain, nervous system, beneath your skin-all are sterile. The instruments that the surgeon uses, the bandages that are used or even band aids that are still in a sealed package. Canned food is sterile.
Bacteria are prokaryotic organisms, and therefore do not have a nucleus. The DNA found within bacteria is located in the cytoplasm - in an area called the nucleoid. It is not surrounded by a membrane like in eukaryotic cells.
DNA is located within the nucleus of a cell.
In any living cell, eukaryotic or prokaryotic, yes, the DNA is found within the cell.
DNA is found in every cell througout the body, with the cells, the genetic information is contained within the nucleus of each cell
The control center of a cell not found in bacteria is the nucleus. The nucleus contains the cell's genetic material, including DNA, and is responsible for regulating the cell's activities. Bacteria, on the other hand, do not have a nucleus; their genetic material is located in the cytoplasm.
circular, double stranded unit of DNA that replicates within a cell independently of the chromosomal DNA and is most often found in bacteria.
In an animal or plant cell, DNA is found in the nucleus, inside chromosomes. In a bacteria cell, DNA is not in the nucleus because there is no nucleus in a bacteria cell I hope this helps:)

DNA is found within the Nucleus, usually in the form of chromatin
A circular, double-stranded unit of DNA that replicates within a cell independently of the chromosomal DNA. Plasmids are most often found in bacteria and are used in recombinant DNA plasmidto transfer genes between cells.
