It is toward the driverside at the top toward the top it has a plug coming out of the top and is held on by two 13m nuts. Unhook the negative battery cable and then unplug the valve. After it is unpluged take off the two bolts holding it on. Make sure you remove all the old gasket and replace it with the new one. Bolt the new egr valve on, plug it in and reconnect the battery cable. The service engine light will be reset due to the fact that the battery was unhooked. If the light don't go off or comes back on you may have to take it to a repair shop so they can update the sofwware. Hope it helps and let me know how you make out.
