there are "E" flats all over the place, if you mean indavidual notes, not a cord. All you need to do is count the letters as you move your' fingers down the neck. I'll note here that E flats are not ussually called E flats. Instead I call them D sharps. This difference in theory pops up when playing one of many different genre's of music. Here goes an example comparing the traditional blues scale to the other widely used scale.
Blues=A-A#-B-C-C#-D-D#-E-F-F#-G-G#
Pop =Ab-A-Bb-B-Cb-C and so on.
Here's a really simple but important rule to remember. On notes B and E, you'll need to convert a sharp(#) on each or a flat(b) on each.
Take a look at this pic. Remeber, any note can be converted to a sharp or flat so long as you follow through then entire scale with the same sharps and flats. If this is greek please let me know and try a different explination. Good luck.

There's a pattern of 3 black notes(ingore) then a pair of 2 black notes. Eflat (Eb) is the right hand key of every pair of black notes
F flat is E, so it is the white key directly to the left of F (in other words), it is the first white key that comes after the two-black-key groups.
It is in the middle of the cluster of three black keys.
You will see groups of two and three black keys. On the group of two black keys the e flat is always the black key on the right.
E flat on a piano is the right-hand black key where there are 2 black keys separated by a white key.
E flat is the right-hand black key in a group of two black keys on a piano.
