It is located almost adjacent to the oil filter and right beside the transmission bellhousing. The plug is located beside knock sensor plug attached to the motor mount.
Vortec 5.7 or 350 v8 should be 0.060
On the right side of the value cover there's a black plug that plug's into a yellow plug which is your temp sensor need's to be replace .. it take's a 19mm wrench.. buy a new one from the dealership.
The transmission temperature sensor on a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 is located on the driver's side of the transmission. It is just behind the bell housing. Look for a gold plug with a black plastic top.
it is located near where the engine is connected to the tranny but on the back side of the tranny near the bottom it looks exactly like the coil plug in

It is located on the exhaust system. There may be two, so look closely. More than likely on a 1996 there is only one and it should be located on the exhaust manifold. It unscrews just like a spark plug.
The plug or sensor above the oil filter on a 1996 Cherokee is the oil pressure sending unit. This sensor controls the oil pressure gauge.
An O2 sensor unscrews just like a spark plug.
on a 2.0non turbo above the oil filter slightly to the left it has one ten mil bolt hold it in it is a three wire plug
there is no cam sensor on any 1996 saturn- i presume there is a code p0341 set- check the 1/4 plug wires, plugs, and coils
