The IAT sensor is built in to the mass air flow sensor. This is fitted on the air inlet just after the air filter and has five wires coming from it.
In mass air flow sensor.
The intake air temperature sensor is located on the mass air flow sensor on the intake. There are five wires attached to the sensor.
The intake air temp sensor is coupled with the air flow sensor, just past the air filter, on top of the intake piping. It will have 2 screws holding it in. ~ P
The plastic, black box to the right of the engine is the air intake box. The Intake Air Temperature sensor is plugged in by a rubber grommet on the fender-side of the air box. It comes out with a simple pull.
The intake air temperature sensor can be found on the top of the air intake manifold. The temperature sensor should be labeled as such.
should be along the tubing where the air filter is. It normally has 2 wires connected to it
The IAT (Intake Air Temperature) Sensor is a Two (2) Wire sensor located close to the intake.
The air intake temperature sensor can be found on the top of your manifold intake. The sensor will be right in the middle of the intake manifold.
It should in the air filter box or if you have a MAF sensor, the intake air temperature sensor is a part of the MAF.
The intake air temperature sensor on a 2005 Subaru WRX is part of the mass air flow sensor. It is located in the air intake duct.
The intake air temperature sensor is located on top of the intake. In a 1990 Toyota Camry the air temp sensor assures the ECU the engine is running at optimal temperature.
The intake air temperature sensor on a 1991 Honda Civic is found on the intake. The intake air temperature reads to climate of the air that is being sucked in through to the engine.
