The air intake temperature sensor can be found on the top of your manifold intake. The sensor will be right in the middle of the intake manifold.
Look for a wiring harness and connector, that connects to the air intake tube. That is where your intake air temperature sensor is located
The coolant temp sensor screws into the side of the engine. It is located just below the connectors for the heater hoses.
No, they are not the same.
it is located in the distributor under the metal cap.

If it is a SOHC it is on the air take between 1st and 2nd port
Your sensor is part of the MAP sensor which is located On the SOHC look behind and to the left under the top radiator hose you'll see the wires going into a fitting. On the DOHC it's to the right of the oil dipstick under the fuel rail.
If you look at the Drivers side of the motor you will see a wire that leads in under the intake. That wire leads to the knock sensor. The plenum, fuel rails, intake and thermostat housing will need to be removed to get to the sensor.
It is located on the side of the engine block. It actually screws, with the assistance of a wrench, into the block and has a black plug on the end of it. To be more specific, its on the "back" of the engine, which is on the drivers side of it if your looking at it from the front of the car. It screws right into the cylinder head, not really the block. Its under the air intake tube and some various hoses.
It is on the back of the block, above the oil pan and left of the exhaust.
If you are referring to the intake manifold , it has a lower section and an upper section , the one piece intake manifold wasn't used until the 2001 4.0 L SOHC , and if you are referring to intake valves - one intake valve per engine cylinder on the 4.0 L SOHC engine
