It`s a small little tube sticking out on the passenger side on the firewall. Low on the firewall.

More than likely water from the A/C condenser drain. If it tastes sweet it is coolant, otherwise it is water from the A/C condenser drain. That is perfectly normal. The A/C compressor will run anytime the A/C or defroster is on.
The drain for the condenser may be clogged.
The drain tube is suppose to leak water when the A/C is running, This is the condenser drain line. Nothing is wrong.
If it's not related to outside weather, then check the drain for your AC condenser.
Plugged A/C condenser drain line if it is plain water. If it is coolant, then the heater core is leaking. Another possibility is a leaking windshield.
So that it can maintain a vacuum on the condenser; and the U-drains, which drain back to the condenser, don't get sucked dry by the ejector set. The length of each leg of U-drain is specifically designed to maintain a certain vacuum at each position. The U-drains drain the condensate from the inter and after condensers and the gland seal condenser back to the main condenser. Water under a perfect vacuum will stand in a column 34 feet high (10.33 meters), which means a vacuum of 30 inches of mercury (762 mm) would draw everything out of a column that is not at least that high. It's to maintain the water seal on the U-drains to prevent air induction into the condenser.
A/C condenser drain line is stopped up. This is allowing the water to enter the cabin. Crawl under the van and find the drain line. Usually located near the firewall passenger side. Clean out the drain tube.
The inside of the air conditioner condenser can be cleaned by removing the hoses and running water through the condenser. Run water through the condenser until the water exiting the condenser is clear.
It is either the drain line below the air conditioner condenser or a leaky heater core. If the water is cold it is the drain line. If the water is warm and sweet smelling it is the heater core.
Water
Stopped up condenser drain line, unless this water is coolant. In that case it is a leaking heater core. Coolant tastes and smells sweet. Crawl under the car and look for a drain line on the passenger side, near the firewall. Clean this out with a blunt pencil.
