Where is the Obd II connector location on 95 Lincoln town car?

1995 was before ODBII connectors were standardized. I believe there IS an earlier version of OBD, but am not sure where it is, or what type reader would be required to access its contents. (Wish I knew...I too have a 95 town car.)
