No such thing exists on a Ford Windstar - that I'm aware of.
Use the adjustment bar between the top bows
When I bought my ford windstar it was used and later discovered the sway bar needed replacing. I am not saying that this is your problem but it is worth checking out also check you motor mounts, tires.
Probably a control arm bushing, possibly a strut mount or stabilizer bar bushing. Mine was the control arm bushing, 2001 Windstar Sport pkg.
It is simply small shunt-like conector that completes a circuit across two wires in the ignition module circuit to allow the timing to be advanced a couple of degrees. This is to give a little more power, but if it is removed, you may be able to run lower octane fuel without experiencing ping or spark knock.
The 1997 GMC Jimmy tension bar has adjustment nuts on both ends of the tension bar. Turn the adjustment nuts to lengthen or shorten the tension bar distance.
On a 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport 4x4, the torsion bar adjustment is located on the front suspension system. You will find the adjustment bolts on the torsion bar crossmember, which is situated beneath the vehicle, near the front of the frame. To adjust the torsion bars, you'll need to use a socket wrench to turn the bolts, which will raise or lower the front suspension height. Always ensure the vehicle is securely supported before making any adjustments.
It can be sent to the factory for adjustment.
