the PCM relay is mounted above the PCM in the passenger kick panel , take a flash light and look good ...it should be mounted to the white plastic holder for the computer .

The PCM relay is relay # 4 in your power distribution box in the engine compartment , also in the PD BOX in location # 6 is a 10 amp mini-fuse for the powertrain control module and in location # 8 is a 30 amp mini-fuse for the PCM relay . Ford recommends disconnecting your battery before servicing fuses/relays in the PD BOX which means your Ranger has to re-learn its idle etc.
