The PCV hose is on the side of the engine towards the front of the vehicle. It is on the drivers side behind the header.
You have to remove the Intake
Buddy, i got a split pcv hose and your not going to like this... but the ford boys put the dang thing behind the manifold!! You got to take the manifold Off to get to the hose and valve.
To remove a stubborn clamp on a collapsed PCV hose on a 2000 Ford Focus ZTS, cut the hose lengthwise, being careful to get part of the cut under the clamp. Then replace with a new hose and clamp.

The pcv valve is the small hose connect to the intake between the air filter and the throttle body. Its pretty easy to find as it is the only other part attached to the intake hose.

In front of engine block on the drivers side just under egr pipe fron exh manifold. Check pcv hose that goes into intake manifold as it will collapse and leak. Check while running.
