top left on engine, s shaped looking hose, extremely stiff, especially if you have 100,000 miles or more, you will probably break the hose getting it off,they turn very brittle so have a spare !

the pcv valve is connected to the end of a breather pipe that is just above the fuel injectors and is plugged into the side of the rocker cover/valve cover. however mine is a 1998, so not sure they will be the same.

They are located in the top of the head, thru the center of the valve cover. Not so easy to get to.
kia's do not have steam valves, did you mean valve stems ? they are located on the tires where you put air in,the other term of valve stems is used usually when you did not change the timing belt and broke valve stems in the engine $$$$$$ .
