Hi,
The PCV valve is located on the driver side of the engine, in what might be considered the "left-front" corner of the engine.
There should be a link with this question that shows several views of the engine compartment on this van. You can see the valve in a few of those pictures.
Good Luck
you remove the dog house and it will be on the left valve cover

Were is the PVC valve located
The PCV valve is located in the valve cover.
There is not one.
On top of engine
I'm not sure it has one. If it does, it will be on one of the valve covers. PCV means positive crankcase ventilation valve. It ventilates the crankcase. I'm not sure the newer models have one.
First of all it is the PCV valve and not PVC(the plastic). The PCV valve is located on the valve cover towards the front of the vehicle, nearly 4 inches from the oil dipstick. It is inserted in a rubber grommet on the valve cover and is connected to a hose about half an inch in diameter. Both the hose and the grommet are fitted to th PCV valve by merely pressing them in. First press the hose on the PCV valve then seat(press) the PCV valve into the grommet.
