"Wiper fuse number." Not sure what you mean. I'm assuming you know where the fuse box is located on the vehicle. Under the dash, above your legs as you're sitting in the driver's seat. The backside of the fuse box cover usually has (if not removed) a diagram showing you which fuses operate what systems. Good luck.

Check your owners manual to find the layout for your fuses. There should be a diagram with each fuse and its location.
The seat belt light will stay on in a 1989 Delta Olds if the belt is not properly buckled or it is not detected by the sensor. Forcefully locking the belt into place or checking for a blown fuse can also correct this problem.
Have you checked with a salvage yard? You may be able to find one there.

Under the hood in the fuse/relay center next to the battery. Look for the red plastic cap on the battery cable on top of it. The box is also labeled as such, and has a diagram on the inside of the cover as to which fuse or relay it is.

Turn engine off while wipers are in mid swipe. Then you can access it. Depress clip at center of blade and pull down. It will slide right off. Or...go to your nearest Auto Zone / Advanced Auto, when you buy it they will come out and put it on for free.
they are two separate fuses. so two separate chimes. look at your fuse box.
A motor from a 1991 Oldsmobile will fit into a 1996 Oldsmobile Delta 88. The motor mounts will need to be changed.
Remove the wiper arm from your 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor wiring harness. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.
