If there is one it will be located from the main fuel line running from the petcock to the carbs.

Add a rear gear set, 48V and a 600 amp controller with a high speed/high rpm motor and you're going 35mph. Bottom line is that speed costs about $1500 in a golf cart.
Make a line down the center of each tire with a nail or pencil while spinning the tire making sure the nail or pencil is held steady. Use this line to measure toe in. Use the tie rod end adjustments to adjust toe in to 1/8 inch. Measurement at front of tire should be 1/8 inch less than at the rear.
