Raise hood, look all the way to the passenger side corner by hood hinge, That electric motor you see the back of is it, You must pull the air filter box to change the motor, It is not too hard, take your time, be careful with the squirell cage it costs more than the $20.00 fan motor, and most parts stores do not stock it, This will take about 1 to 2.5 hours. The fuse for the heater, AC blower on the Ford Explorer is under the fuse box next to the master cylinder reservoir. It is fuse number 36.

The blower is common to hot and cold air. If it is only cold air that is a problem, then the problem is not the blower motor. The blower motor is actually in the engine compartment, passenger side at the firewall.

The blower motor works on only one speed. The blower motor resitor pack is defective and needs to be replaced. It is located on the blower housing in the engine compartment just below the blower motor.
The fan switch is probably bad. My Ford Explorer did that, I had to have the switch replaced. This could also be caused by a bad blower motor resistor.

If you are speaking of de AC blower, yes it has. It located in the dashboard in passanger side. It is easy to take it out.
