The 1997 Mitsubishi Diamante OBD 2 port is under driver side dash next to center console
The 2002 Mitsubishi Diamante OBD 2 port is under driver side dash above accelerator pedal
Under the driver side dash farther to the left, but farther back where you cant see unless your under the dash
pretty sure it is the port on the right side of your engine (from view of the front ) about a foot away ( give or take a little)
You can had air conditioning refrigerant to your 2000 Mitsubishi Montero through the low pressure port. You can find the low pressure port on top of the air conditioning compressor. You will need to connect your refrigerant bottle to the low pressure port.
