There are two schrader / port valves to the air conditioning system. One will be a high pressure and the other will be a low pressure. You need a certified mechanic to check and refill the system. You can not simply refill the system.

Drivers side under hood between the rear 2 plugs - see the connector attached to it. You will lose coolant when removed so make sure you refill.
To refill the coolant on a 2003 Range Rover, use the filler tower that is located on the heater hose. Open the valve and pour in the coolant. Run the car for a short time, then top off the coolant after any air in the system has had a chance to be pumped out. Close the valve again to complete the job.

In systems that do not have a radiator cap, the coolant is drained by the radiator drain plug. It is filled by adding coolant to the system through the overflow bottle.
There isn't one. You refill the coolant with by putting more dexcool (DO NOT USE THE GREEN STUFF (ethalene glycol) ) in the coolant overflow bottle.
Remove the coolant reservoir, flush it out, reinstall it and refill with proper coolant.
