micro cabin filter is down under pass side dash access cover held in 1 screw and clips
if you cant figure out how to unbolt it you shouldn't be trying to replace it
check your fuel filter by trying to blow through it, if its hard replace the fuel filter, or your fuel pump is trying to go out
