Thast depends on which engine you have. The 3.l v6 it is on top of the engine nxt to the firewall. On the 3.4 dual overhead cam engine, it is located on the bottom of the passenger side of the engine. The rear of the frame will have to be lowered in order to remove it. Very involved job.- Tech JK
