It depends on what kind of amp it is. Is it an audio amp or an rf amp . . A 3 kW audio amp would draw about 300 watts on average at most, so with a good reservoir capacitor the supply current would be 0.2 amps. A 3 kW rf amp for AM radio would draw about 4500 watts so the supply current would be 3 amps.

For the 2005 it is under the panel on the far left of the dash by the drivers door. It's fuse #3 and is a yellow, 20 amp.
This are the different audio streams, on a DVD there can be different Audiostreams for example the language stream in English represents audio 1, spanish audio 2 french audio 3 and German audio 4 and so on.
