Where is the automatic transmission dipstick located on a 1985 Ford E150?

The dipstick is to the left of and behind the air cleaner. You can`t see it, so you have to reach, basically under the cowl, and feel for it. Kind of like reaching to the front area of the passenger side of the engine. It`s there, just no visible like it should be. bob
