Bank 2 is the passenger side of the engine, If you look at the exhaust pipe were it bolts to the engine and follow it down towards the muffler you will see the o2 sensor and the 1 you want will be the closet to the converter.
From truck to truck, yeah, they are the same.

The tire size should be P235-75R -15. I have a 1998 Chevy Cheyenne 1500 4x4. Tire size is 265-75R-16

Slide in under the truck behind the cab on the drivers side and look up in the frame and you will see it.
Turn engine over and observe is distributor is rotating
Pump, or weak connection in the wiring.
This is just my opinion but i would say a 1993 to 1998 Chevy 1500 with a 350
