Its under the rear seat on the passenger side. You will need to remove the bottom of the back seat to get to it. Simply grasp under the cushion and pull up firmly, most likely you will have to do this on both the pass. and the driver side to unlatch both sides. There is a center hand hold built into the bottom of the cushion, but I couldn't get my hand under far enough to grab it.
