The battery is located behind the passenger seat. It is covered with a carpeted cardboard shield. It pulls straight out towards the windshield and will reveal the battery. There are also 2 posts (1 positive and 1 negative) located behind the passenger side headlight which allows you to jump off the car without accessing the battery.
