It's in the the front left wheel well. First, open the trunk. Next, if you have anything mounted in the trunk like a CD changer you will have to remove it. Next, you'll have to remove the screws that hold down the carpet. Pull up the carpet and you'll see the battery in the left wheel well. As a bonus, you now also know where your spare tire is located.
