PX is a standard Army and other Military expression for Post Exchange. these were specialized, On-Post ( base, fort, etc) shopping establishments. the Post angle does not refer to the Postal service that would be APO- Army Post Office- followed by a numeral code. or APO New York, etc. There was a PX on the Bayonne Naval Base which had a fine hobby shop, many old kits.
There is a panel (held on with 4 screws) on the floor between where your feet rest. The battery is under the panel.
How Fast Does a Vespa Go?It really depends on the displacement of the Scooter. For Modern Vespa Scooters:A stock 50cc Vespa will generally get about 65km/hA Stock 150 cc Vespa 98.0 km/h (60.9 mph)A Stock GT200 Vespa 119.0 km/h (73.9 mph)A Stock GTS250 122.0 km/h (75.8 mph) (remember the Torque is the Greatest Factor)A Stock GTS 300 123.0 km/h (75.8 mph) Again the torque of the scooter will outaccelerate its predecessor at any speed.
I HAD a 1963 Vespa 150 in 1963. I bought it new for $436. The mixture you speak of is gasoline and oil mixture. I used a funnel & a 6 oz coke bottle kept in the bubble to premix like they tell you to. No oil to ever check since it is put in the gas.
