The bleeder valve for fuel injection for 1986 Nissan 300ZX is located at the furthest end of the fuel rail.
If your talking about the brake bleeder, it is on the caliper/brake cylinder at the wheel.

Jack up the car. Place a jack stand under one of the jack points on the car. Remove the wheel On the back side of the brake caliper there will be a little bleeder valve. Just loosen the valve with an 8mm (pretty sure) wrench. To properly bleed the brakes you will need two people or a "speed bleeder" from autozone/checker. 1.Press brake pedal 2.loosen bleeder valve 3.tighten bleeder valve 4.pull up pedal 5.Repeat When air bubbles stop coming out of the valve, you're set. Be sure to keep your brake fluid full in the reservoir under the hood or else you will push air into your lines and you need to start all over.
