Its on the passenger side zip tied to one of the battery cables. You can get to it from underneath the truck but if you still can't find it you might have to take out the wheel well lining. If you look hard enough you shouldn't need to do this though.
It may not be equipped with one. If it is you would easily see the cord.

Next to the battery on the passenger side. Gotta reach down a little for it. Took me a while to find it..
NO it don't have one.
If it is a gas engine, then no. If its not gas then yes.
Pasanger side behind head lights
The block heater is located on the front passenger side of the engine compartment. It may be taped to the harness near the passenger side battery.
drain coolant from radiator, remove one of the frost plugs in engine block, install block heater in place of frost plug, refill radiator with coolant.
It is a 325 CID engine block. ( New design ) Bore and stroke is 3.779x3.622 inches.
It is bolted in the side of the engine block behind the starter. You will have to remove the starter.
it will be on the driver's side underneath the hood behind the headlight.
