Passenger side, up behind the glovebox. Pretty easy to get to for replacing.
Chck behind the glove box area
Defective blower motor or blower motor resistor pack.
When this happens its most likely the blower motor resister that is bad.......
Remove the glove box and its behind that
The blower control module is defective.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of the blower motor in your 1993 GMC 1500. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. If the new blower motor does not have the fan attached to and you will need to remove the fan from the old blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.
Check the blower motor fuse. Also check the fan relay and resister pack, If all of these are ok then the blower motor probably is bad.
Under dash at RH side, mounted with 3 bolts. R&I about 3 minutes.
The most likely problem with the heater blower on your 2003 Sable is the blower resister. The resister can go bad and cause you to only have one speed.
Its called the blower unit. Blower unit is located under the dash board, Right behind the globe compartment..(passenger footwell)
The blower rheostat on a 93 Pontiac Grand Am is located inside the engine bay, just to the right of the blower fan housing. It is almost directly behind the trans dipstick. It isn't that hard to replace.
