Anybody who tells you to remove the four screws to get to the blower motor on the SIERRA is FOS!
First remove the cover under the glovebox- No you don't have to remove the glove box. If you can remove the 2 easy ones using 9/32 and a stubby, the third one you can loosen and just let the cover drop. Now disconnect the resistor from the motor. Its a clip so do this in the daytime.
Locate the blower motor. Its under the glovebox. Look for the tab on the top of it, by sticking your head in there. rotate the blower motor clockwise and it will drop right out.
Don't lose the screws, the hardest part is putting it back together.
