I know that this does not answer your question, but it sounds like you are having problems with the vehicle not starting. The BCM may be the problem, but it could also be the igntion lock cylinder (where you put the key). There is a sensor in there that can go bad. The ignition cylinder lock on GM vehicles is typically the problem with most starting issues. It could even be that you have changed keys lately or had a new key made. Each key has a certain resistance value that the vehicle has to be programmed to in order to start. If the wrong key is used the injectors are disabled and the vehicle will not run. If you don't have another key to try tp reprogram the Passlock System : place the key in the igntion turn the key to start the vehicle (the vehicle will not start), release the key and leave it in the ON position for 10 min, the security light will flash during this time. After 10 min the light will stop flashing, turn the ignition off, wait 5+ seconds. Now start the vehicle. This may not fix you problem, just something to try. Also Google Passlock 2 Anti-Theft System.
