Your truck does not have a cabin filter.
I have a '97 chev. truck and the fuel filter is mounted to the inside of the frame directly below the cab on the drivers side
Doesn't have a cabin filter.
no
GM phased out the in cab air filter in 2004. No filter to change on the 2005 model year. Napa still sells them, but their database of parts is flawed.
YES they will bolt right in.
You can look up in the frame rail on the driver's side behind the cab and see if it is there. If it's not then it is inside of the fuel tank. GM. moved the fuel filter from the frame to the fuel tank in 2004. Bad deal.
in the fuel tank.
If it is under the year 2004 then you will find it up inside of the drivers side frame rail towards the end of the cab. You will have to slide in under the truck and look inside of the frame rail too see it. If it is over 2004 then it will be INSIDE of the fuel tank.
no they didnt start till year 2000 on the Chevy pickups its located on the passengerside under glove box
The fuel filters use to be on the frame rail until 2004, After 2004 Chevy started putting them inside of the fuel tank. Now you have to remove the fuel tank to get to the filter. It was to easy when they had them on the frame rail.
