You will need to remove the glove box, it is behind it. A simple repair. The Mold Mildew smell is not normal and not caused by the cabil filter, that's a money maker for the dealerships. The true cause is in the Plumbing of the A/C ducts. If the car is new and you cant get any help then you should contact a Lemon Law firm for help.
